Refund policy

Our products are handcrafted and specialty made — all sales are final.

Damages and Issues If your order arrives damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lynchcandleandsoap.com with photos of the outer packaging and the product. We'll review each case individually and, if approved, work to make it right — which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items As all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes sale items and gift cards.

Refunds If a damage claim is approved, we will notify you of the resolution. Any approved remedy will be processed within 10 business days.
