shipping policy

Free shipping on order of $150.00 plus. Order Subtotal of $0 to $149.00 a $15.00 Shipping Fee is charged.  Applies to USPS Ground shipping within the 48 continental U.S. states only. Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii will vary.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Atlanta Georgia.

Orders will be shipped via USPS Monday - Friday, except on major holidays and the summer season. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Certain items designated as ‘sale’ or bulk orders of more than 10 units are not returnable. 

You can make a return for store credit or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival to report if any significant damage happened in transit. LYNCH CANDLE & SOAP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition. "Like-new" means unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable.

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.  When your package is ready, you can ship it via USPS or carrier of your choice. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of your return by mail.
